August Inn has three units to offer:

The Beachfront sleeps up to six people. It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a loft with 2 twin size beds, one bathroom, a TV room, living room, dining room a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely deck on the sound. Rents for $229.00 per night and includes a continental breakfast up to 4 people. Each additional person is $15.00 per day.

The Rainier is an upper level suite with a king size bed and a private bath, along with a sitting room and kitchenette and dining area. It has its own private balcony that over looks the Puget Sound and on a clear day you will see Mt. Rainier. Rents for $159.00 per night and includes a continental breakfast for 2 people.

The Heron suite is a lower level unit that has an oversize jetted tub with a separate shower, a queen size bed and separate kitchenette. It also has a view of the sound with its own deck. Rents for $159.00 per night and includes a continental breakfast for 2 people.

Inn on the Lake is a contemporary daylight basement, which has its own private entrance. It is complete with a full size kitchen, dining area and living room that over looks Lake Josephine. There are two bedrooms both with queen size beds, a sofa in the living room that makes into a double bed and a full size bathroom. This home will allow up to six guests and come with a deluxe continental breakfast.

Rates are $175.00 per night with a two night minimum.

Bond’s Place Lakeside Bed and Breakfast has a nautical theme which complements the bed and breakfast’s country cottage décor. Guests will find a fully-equipped kitchen, private bath, a comfortable bedroom, and two hide-a-beds in the charming living room. A pellet stove adds a touch of cozy comfort. TV and VCR are also provided. Hospitality is our specialty. A complete country breakfast is served featuring specialties such as our hearty homemade granola. If guests prefer we do have a “continental-plus” breakfast available also.

Rates are $110.00 per night per couple. There is an additional $20.00 charge for each guest over the 2 per night limit, up to 6 people per night allowed.

Dr. T’s Log Retreat is a large and beautiful log home with 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and a double), two bathrooms, and a large living space.

This home will sleep 6 people with an additional option of 2 more with a $20.00 per night per person charge. The cost of up to 6 guests is $195.00 per night with a 2 night minimum on the weekends or a single night on the weekend is $250.00 and $195.00 on the week days.

Madrona Point Chalet

This home has two separate units:

The Chalet hosts 4 bedrooms, which will accommodate 12 people. Also included is a great room with a propane heating stove, cable TV, VCR/DVD, CD-stereo and a deck with views of the lake.

Rents for $185.00 per night with a 2 night minimum. $10.00 per night per person for groups over 8 (12 max).

The Huckleberry Suite consists of three rooms located on the ground level of the Chalet. Accommodations include one bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, family room with a TV, VCR, a couch, small refrigerator, coffee pot, sink, microwave, private entry and outdoor BBQ, and picnic table.

Rents for $100.00 per night with a 2 night minimum, double occupancy.

Combination Rates: Chalet and Huckleberry Suites rents for $245 per night with a 2 night minimum and $10.00 per person per night for groups over 10 with a maximum of 15 people.

Aunt Ginny’s is a 3 bedroom, 2 story home with 2 ½ baths. There is a large fenced in back yard with a bunk house. The location of this home is great for those who golf, because it is just a path away from the first hole. The home has a fireplace in the living room and a large size kitchen.

This rents for $150.00 per night for up to 5 people. Then there is additional bedding for 3 more guests with an additional charge of $20.00 per person per night. This will allow housing of up to 8 people.

Uncle Dean’s is a 3 bedroom home which will sleep up to six people. The bedrooms consist of a King, queen and two twin size beds. There is a hot tub on the back porch which is completely enclosed. The house has a southwestern theme through out the house, very cozy and unique.
